Is there a reset button on shark vacuum?
Hereof, how do I reset my shark vacuum?
In order to reset the Motor Thermostat:
- Move the Power Button to the “O-Off” position.
- Unplug the vacuum.
- Check for a clogged hose or filter; unclog the hose and replace the filter.
- Wait 45 minutes for the vacuum to cool; then plug the vacuum.
- Turn the power switch to the “I-On” position to start the vacuum.
Subsequently, question is, why won't the brush turn on my shark vacuum? For the roller brush to spin the nozzle needs to be completely attached, even if the vacuum has power. Make sure the connection is tight by pressing down on the handle to improve the connection. If that does not work, unplug the vacuum and disconnect the nozzle. Reconnect the nozzle before turning on vacuum again.
Furthermore, why is my vacuum not turning on?
Lack of power, a bad power cord, failed drive motor or broken wires in the vacuum hose can prevent the vacuum cleaner from starting. Make sure the electrical outlet that you're using for the vacuum cleaner works. Try using a different outlet if you suspect that the outlet you're using is dead.
Does a shark vacuum have a fuse?
The problem might not be with the cord or your ability to stick a plug into the wall. Your Shark vacuum might not be turning on because a fuse is blown or a circuit breaker is tripped. If your Shark vacuum won't turn on, go see if a fuse needs replacing or if you need to reset a breaker.
